Getting to Costa Rica from the US is easy. There are direct flights from most major cities including New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Chicago and more.

San Buena is south of Dominical (and Uvita) and to get there you can take a short flight to Palmer and drive 15 minutes to the north or drive from San Jose through San Isidro.  From San Isidro, head toward Dominical past Uvita to San Buena.  

There is a proposed airport 30 miles to the south of San Buena between Palmar Norte and Golfito. The road between Palmar and San Buena is  highway grade pavement.
