by renting your property. CRLT will market your vacation rental and
handle all the booking administration which includes contracts, key
exchange and clean-up.
We will list your vacation rental at your
desired weekly price but recommend that you rent slightly below
market. Pricing your vacation rental slightly below market will attract
more renters during the time when you are not inhabiting your home. You
get the best of both worlds, an appreciating investment that generates
cash. Our rental service fee is 25% which is below the customary rate of
30 to 40%.
Managed Services
As a property and home owner in a foreign
country, you may be away from your vacation rental property for extended
periods. CRLT provides a low cost standard managed services plan that
will ensure your home is checked on frequently and any maintenance
issues are addressed proactively prior to your return.
We also offer extended managed service plans
which provide you with an on-call manager who will manage all aspects of
maintenance of your home. We can also customize a maintenance plan to
suite your purposes.
